7:40am, Monday 7th of November 2011, by Simone Kann

Donna has a new job and that now consists of driving the ambulance at the horse shows in between her 7 horses!!!

Poor Kate Hewlett had a hard fall at the off set logs 3 from home......I was walking back after watching Donna and Paddy in the pre novice as they just got home before the fall. I saw the ambulance divert my way and the driver started to talk to me.....RANDOM it was Donna driving!!! Turns out the 2nd in charge ambulance officer couldnt drive the vehicle??? Donna could see what was happening so jumps in, that was after she sconed him in the head with her helmet on after he wouldnt move over quick enough.....Im not sure whos fault it was that it was that the ambulance was smelling like burning rubber when it went past me. The officer was saying that it doenst normally go this fast and what is that smell...............Donna told him that he best buckle up and hang on!!!! As she got to Kate, Donna quickly left the scene to the more experienced ambulance crew. We believe Kate was discharged yesterday afternoon.

Our weekend started with the truck not starting and it finished that way as well.

On the horsey side of things the ponies went all very well.
