February/Johnny Sold

Florida>>>>>the weather was amazing, the horses absolutely loved it. I was staying at Buck Davidson place, had such a good time and got quite alot of great jump lessons in.                   I guess the big news from February is the sale of Johnny"balmoral Simply Priceless".

He has been sold to Nick Cwick who rides/works for Buck. Nick is an absolutely  lovely rider and they both looked amazing together. I think they plan on doing a 2* in Florida in the next couple of months.

So it was upto Aiken for Paradise horse trials, for me though i was horseless!!! So i became coach/video/coffee person for the event!! Not a bad way to go actually as it was so cold>>>>>in Aussie terms about negative 8.

The boss won two classes(both australian imports i will add in here), not a bad way to start the season for her i must say.

The following week was big pinetop.......so wet, but the dressage went on. The event was actually cancelled for the preliminary and intermediate classes and just ran as a combined test which the boss won again on Russian Roulette(australian thoroughbred).

We are back in West Virginia now, well i am at least for the next 9 days until i fly out back to the down under to look for some more quality horses yet again. So i will keep you posted!!!!!
