I have to say what an absolutely wonderful experience I had in meeting you girls. A brief of what we wanted was given to you before we came out from Australia to help you in the search for our new horse. Before we left Australia we began receiving emails and youtube links for potential horses to view which helped us get more excited and helped narrow down the search. Upon arriving in NZ there was no time wasted and we were into viewing and riding immediately. Both of you were on hand to help with the process and your team in the background getting everything organized and running smoothly. The whole process was a great combination of excellent customer service skills from both of you. Donna you were amazing as you worked tirelessly in riding each potential horse for us and putting them through their paces. Sim, you were constantly communicating all the relevant information that we needed to help process the many horses we were viewing. Every horse that was viewed was of a very high standard that it made choosing difficult. We finally selected two horses from a field of many. We then organized to come back the next day to go through more paces with the two chosen horses and finally selected the one for us. Again nothing was too much trouble with Donna and Sim on hand to ensure the day went smooth once again. So much was accomplished within 2 days and by the end of it, it felt more like a holiday than a working trip!

We left for home reassured that all would be taken care of for us in your capable hands and we had nothing to worry about. Within hours of leaving we had struck a deal with the owner of the horse and Vetting had been booked in. This was all done before we had boarded our flight from NZ, so we knew we had accomplished what we had set out to do. Upon our return to Australia we soon had confirmation that our new horse had Vetted well and a follow up phone call from the Vet was received to confirm this. IRT had already confirmed flight details and organized insurance for the flight and all was going so smoothly and professionally we did not have to worry about anything as it was all taken care of before we had even thought of it.

I now look forward to our new horse arriving in his new home and will have no hesitation in buying from you both in the future or recommending anyone else doing the same. The process was smooth and painless! You made it fun and enjoyable but retained the professionalism required to do the job well. You are both very hard workers and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for us to ensure we achieved our goal of buying a fabulous horse.

Donna and Simone couldn’t have made my experience any easier. I didn’t give them much notice or specifics as to exactly what I was looking for, but they were still able to match me up with the perfect horse in less than a day. Not only do they continually produce their own quality horses, but they also have a constant eye on the market and sport, which brings a lot of depth to their program.
