During the summer of 2008, Simone Kann relocated her business, Balmoral QLD, here to the United States. Located in Waterford, Queensland, Simone had built her business to a top level eventing facility.
With the outbreak of equine influenza, Simone made the difficult decision to relocate her business here to the United States, with a goal of competing her top two event horses, Balmoral Tim Tram and Simply Priceless, at Rolex.
Her plans took a change in direction after fellow Aussie, Phillip Dutton, expressed interest in Tim Tram. What resulted was the sale of her top competition horse, and the decision to join forces with Sharon White, at Last Frontier Farm, located in Summit Point, WV.
Simone takes great pride in her ability to coach riders and source exceptional young event prospects. Through her talented eye, and her contacts back home in Australia and New Zealand, Simone is now focusing on producing first class eventers.
Simone, an Elite Advanced event rider, has undertaken the equestrian profession since a young age. Though in a tough and difficult sport, Simone continues to produce incredible results and beautifully schooled horses and trained students.
Simone has had a lot of success throughout her career, with producing top international horses consistently each year, enabling her to compete and establish a high standard of riding and training. She wants to continue to build this side of her business here in the United States, and to attract a growing group of students. She is currently accepting horses and students in training at Last Frontier Farm..
